Privacy notice

AREAS.casa is responsible for the personal data you provide when booking or requesting a stay, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What I collect: name, email, phone, number of guests, dates and, if you request an invoice, your RFC, legal name, tax ZIP code, regime and CFDI use.

What I use it for: managing your booking, taking payment, issuing your invoice, sending arrival instructions and answering your requests. I don’t sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Who I share it with: Mercado Pago, to process payment, and Mexico’s tax authority (SAT) when issuing an invoice. Data is stored on Cloudflare servers.

Your rights: you can request access, correction, deletion or objection by emailing reservas@areas.casa.
