Do you issue invoices?
Yes. When booking, tick “I need a Mexican invoice (CFDI)” and enter your RFC, legal name, tax ZIP code, regime and CFDI use. The invoice is issued to your company.
What’s the minimum stay?
In the León houses, 1 month, with discounts from 3, 6 and 12 months. In the San Blas villas, 2 nights.
How do I pay?
Villas are paid when you book, through Mercado Pago: card, OXXO or bank transfer. In León I approve your request first, then you pay the first month plus the deposit by Mercado Pago or SPEI transfer.
Are the dates on this site up to date?
Yes. The calendar syncs with Airbnb, so what shows as free here really is free.
Can I arrive at any time?
In León check-in is self-service with a lockbox from 3:00 p.m. In San Blas check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
