The largest house in the community: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bath by the entrance, 5 minutes from Poliforum León. It works for a team arriving together for a project, or for an executive relocating with family.
Two bedrooms with king beds and their own full bathrooms. The other two share a full bathroom. Upstairs family room, a work area, an equipped kitchen with gas stove and coffee maker, and a dining room.
The rooftop has a terrace with a pergola, outdoor dining and a grill. Washer and dryer, parking for 2 small cars and self check-in. I issue CFDI invoices.
